Lack of knowledge of the terms will not be accepted as a valid excuse for non-compliance.

As part of our commitment to maintaining transparency and adapting to changes in policies, regulations, or service offerings, we may update these terms at any time. Our services are intended to be used in a way that aligns with the rules and guidelines of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and others. This includes, but is not limited to, avoiding spammy behavior, fake engagement, or violating usage policies. Any misuse of our services that leads to breaches of third-party platform terms may result in suspension or termination of your service without refund, and we are not liable for any such consequences.

Services

• SMM Leads provides artificial engagement for social platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  We offer promotional services that include artificial followers, likes, views, and other engagement metrics for various social media platforms. These services are intended solely for marketing and visibility purposes, and are categorized as "artificial" or "non-organic" engagement. This means that while the numbers may increase, they do not reflect organic growth or real audience interest unless specifically stated otherwise.
• We do not guarantee interaction from the followers you purchase.
  Please understand that purchasing followers or likes does not guarantee that those followers will interact with your posts, stories, or content in any way. They are provided solely to boost numerical presence, and should not be expected to engage, comment, share, or contribute to your account's activity.
• Some accounts may not have a profile picture, bio, or posts.
  The nature of artificial accounts used for engagement often means they may appear incomplete or inactive. These accounts might lack profile photos, usernames, bios, or any posted content. This is common in artificial engagement services and is not a defect or issue with your order.
• We do not support private accounts — ensure your account is public before ordering.
  Our services can only be delivered to public accounts that are visible to everyone. If your account is set to private at the time of order placement or during order processing, we will not be able to fulfill the service. It is your responsibility to confirm that your account remains public until your order is fully delivered. Refunds will not be issued for orders placed on private accounts.
• Artificial followers, likes, and views are not real individuals unless explicitly mentioned. Unless stated clearly in the service description (e.g., “Real & Active Followers”), the engagements provided are from non-genuine or bot accounts. These accounts do not represent real people and are used solely to increase social proof. We do not misrepresent our services as organic growth unless explicitly labeled otherwise.

SMM Leads is not responsible for any damages, business losses, or issues resulting from use of our services.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that SMM Leads shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages that may occur as a result of your engagement with our offerings. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of followers, likes, views, or account access due to changes in the algorithms or terms of service of social media platforms.
• Any harm to your brand's reputation, business operations, or marketing effectiveness arising from the artificial nature of our services.
• Suspension, shadowbanning, or banning of your account caused by the violation of social media platform guidelines due to use of artificial engagement.
• Technical issues, delivery delays, or failed results stemming from third-party platform restrictions or internal updates.

You agree to use SMM Leads at your own risk and understand that we do not make any guarantees about specific outcomes or long-term benefits. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the use of artificial engagement aligns with your personal, professional, or business goals, as well as the terms and conditions of the platforms you use.

Liabilities

We are not liable for any account suspensions, content removals, or policy violations incurred through Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other platforms.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any consequences that may arise on your social media accounts as a result of engaging with artificial engagement tools. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account by the platform due to breaches of their community guidelines or terms of service.
• Removal, hiding, or restriction of your content if deemed to violate the platform's authenticity policies or spam filters.
• Shadowbanning or reduction in organic reach caused by detection of non-organic activity.
• Disabling of certain features (e.g., going live, posting ads, or using hashtags) as a penalty for unusual engagement activity.

SMM Leads operates as a third-party service provider and has no affiliation or partnership with any of the platforms mentioned. All social media platforms have the right to enforce their rules and may take action against accounts that use artificial growth services. You are using our services at your own risk, and we strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with each platform's policies before placing an order.

Return Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Your balance must be used for SMM Leads services only.

• Once a payment is made to SMM Leads, it is considered final and non-reversible under any circumstances. Funds deposited into your account are intended exclusively for the purchase of services offered by SMM Leads and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded for any reason. It is your responsibility to ensure that you intend to use our services before making a deposit.
• No chargebacks or disputes are allowed after deposit. Doing so may result in account termination and removal of delivered services. By completing a payment, you waive your right to initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank, credit card company, or payment processor. Any attempt to reverse a transaction after the deposit will be treated as a violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, and any services that have already been delivered may be revoked without notice.
• Orders for private or incorrect accounts are non-refundable. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the account you provide during the order process is correct, active, and publicly visible. If you place an order for a private account, an account with a changed username, or provide an incorrect link, we will be unable to deliver the service, and no refund or credit will be issued.
• Using multiple services for the same post/page can affect delivery — we will not refund in such cases. If you purchase multiple services from SMM Leads or other providers for the same post, page, or profile simultaneously, it may interfere with the delivery and performance of our service. This can cause delays, reduced engagement, or incomplete fulfillment. In such instances, SMM Leads will not be held responsible, and refunds or credits will not be provided. To ensure smooth delivery, avoid overlapping orders for the same content.

FTC Guidelines

We comply with the FTC's rules regarding advertising and transparency. Purchased engagement must not be misrepresented as genuine or organic.

SMM Leads operates in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, which require honesty and transparency in online advertising, endorsements, and marketing practices. When you purchase followers, likes, views, or any form of engagement through our services, you must not falsely represent this engagement as being organic, earned, or naturally occurring unless explicitly stated otherwise. Misleading your audience by presenting artificial engagement as genuine can result in legal penalties and reputational harm.

It is your responsibility to disclose artificial engagement where necessary and follow platform guidelines accordingly.

As a user of our services, you are solely responsible for maintaining transparency with your audience and any regulatory authorities. Where applicable, you must clearly disclose that any promotional activity involving purchased engagement has been supported by paid services. Furthermore, you are obligated to follow the terms, advertising policies, and disclosure requirements of each social media platform you operate on. Failure to do so may lead to penalties from the platform or enforcement actions from regulatory bodies, for which SMM Leads holds no responsibility.

Additional Terms

Malicious or abusive behavior can result in suspension. Users will be given time to use their balance before full termination.

SMM Leads maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of malicious, abusive, or harmful behavior directed at our staff, services, or platform. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, threats, misuse of services, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or spreading misinformation about SMM Leads. If such behavior is detected, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the offending account. Suspended users may be provided a limited window to use their remaining balance; after this period, the account will be permanently terminated without further notice.

• Creating a new account after suspension is not allowed and will lead to a permanent ban. If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms, you are prohibited from creating a new account or accessing our services under a different identity. Any attempt to circumvent a suspension or ban will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting from our platform, without eligibility for refund or appeal.
• We reserve the right to change the type of service or source if necessary for completion of the order. To ensure timely and efficient delivery, SMM Leads may, at its sole discretion, substitute or alter the service type, source, or method of fulfillment. This flexibility is sometimes necessary due to platform changes, supplier availability, or technical issues. Such adjustments will always be made with the intention of completing your order as closely as possible to the original description, and no refunds will be issued solely because of these changes.
• We make no guarantees for delivery times. Orders are processed based on best estimation and availability. While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, we do not guarantee any fixed delivery timeframe. Processing times can vary depending on service demand, platform limitations, technical challenges, and other external factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may be subject to change without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations will not be issued solely due to delayed delivery.
